A Mindful Step Toward Healing

Healing the mind also means caring for the body. This summer, we’re excited to offer our first annual Trauma-Informed Gentle Yoga Summer Series—a weekly opportunity to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

Open to the community, this 10-week yoga series is designed to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and promote physical ease. Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or deepening your wellness practice, this class can be a meaningful addition to your self-care.

Vic Avon brings more than 13 years of experience in holistic health to his trauma-informed teaching style. With a background in yoga, somatic movement, Reiki, mind-body coaching, and corrective exercise, Vic’s classes are grounded, accessible, and centered on your needs in the present moment. He tailors each session to the energy in the room, inviting participants to move gently, breathe deeply, and stay connected to their bodies.
