Monmouth Integrative Counseling Services Helps
Heal Your Relationship with Food and Your Body
If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in your relationship with food and body image, you are not alone. Many people struggle with disordered eating patterns, emotional eating, or harmful dieting behaviors—often without realizing how much these patterns affect their physical and emotional well-being.

Nutritional Therapy Provider: Allison Dalessandro, NTP
Allison Dalessandro is a certified Nutritional Therapist (NTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association, bringing a deeply integrative and personalized perspective to nutrition and wellness care. With a Master’s degree in education and over 30 years of teaching experience, Allison combines clinical knowledge with a strong ability to guide, educate, and support clients through meaningful, lasting change.
Allison understands how frustrating it can feel to struggle with ongoing symptoms, low energy, or a sense that nothing is working despite your best efforts. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible, and that each person deserves to feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their journey.
Her approach is:
- Investigative – identifying root causes rather than masking symptoms
- Personalized – tailoring recommendations to your unique body, lifestyle, and goals
- Evidence-informed – grounded in current nutrition science while honoring individual responses
- Empowering – helping you build confidence and become more in tune with your body
For a specific health concern or looking to improve your overall well-being, Allison works collaboratively with clients to create realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term health.
We offer compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling and eating disorder therapy designed to help you make peace with food and develop a healthier relationship with your body. If you’re facing disordered eating habits, an eating disorder diagnosis, or feel trapped by diet culture, we provide support without shame or judgment.
Appointments are available in-person at our Wall Township, Brick, and Manasquan offices or virtually throughout New Jersey.
