Katherine Rubbe, LPC
Hi there. I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and registered art therapist (ATR). I received my masters from Caldwell University in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy.
In my practice I draw from a client centered approach and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, and Sandtray therapy as needed. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention.
While I work with people of all ages my work is focused with children who have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Additionally, I work with parents to provide education and support with parenting their neurodivergent children, adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, OCD, or anyone seeking a better understanding of themself.
