Positive Outcomes From Nutrition Recent Workshop events
Allison recently hosted an educational staff workshop at MICS focused on the relationship between nutrition and stress. Team members learned how chronic stress impacts the body, how blood sugar and hormones influence emotional wellness, and how nutrition can support healthier stress responses. The workshop introduced practical, realistic strategies participants could begin implementing immediately in daily life.
The feedback has been excellent and building on that experience, Allison’s upcoming workshops offer men and women a supportive space to better understand the physical and emotional changes that occur at different life stages and environmental circumstances.
