Katrina Vitale MSN, APRN, FNP

Katrina Vitale is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides care to adults. She has experience in treating addiction and recovery-related concerns, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and postpartum depression. Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Staten Island and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wagner College.

She has a background working in many different settings, including inpatient care, pain
management, primary care, mental health, addiction services, and pediatrics, which allows her to bring a comprehensive and compassionate perspective to patient care. She prioritizes individualized, whole-person treatment, addressing not only mental health symptoms but also the broader medical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence well-being. She works collaboratively with each patient to develop a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and goals, ensuring that every individual feels heard, understood, and genuinely supported. Through an integrative and coordinated approach, she partners with appropriate providers when needed, helping patients move toward lasting health, stability, and overall wellness.
